Upstream is seeking a dynamic individual to serve as our Executive Director.

The Executive Director serves as chief executive of Upstream and, in partnership with the Board, is responsible for the success of Upstream. Together, the Board and Executive Director ensure Upstream’s relevance to the community, the accomplishment of Upstream’s vision, and the accountability of Upstream to its constituents.

The Board delegates responsibility for management and day-to-day operations to the Executive Director, who has the authority to carry out these responsibilities, in accordance with the direction and policies established by the Board. The Executive Director provides support to the Board as it carries out its governance functions.

The Executive Director conveys a professional and positive image and attitude regarding Upstream and the not-for-profit sector and demonstrates commitment to continued professional growth and development.

The position is Full Time.
Salary to be negotiated.
Range: $60,000 - $70,000
